To promote and strengthen the innovative capacity of the Mainfranken economy, the Center for Trademarks and Patents (ZMP) has been organizing trademark and patent consultation days for over 20 years.

Here you have the opportunity to receive free one-on-one consultations between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., in cooperation with Mainfranken patent attorneys and lawyers, on intellectual property rights such as patents, utility models, trademarks, and designs.

In confidential one-on-one meetings, you can present your own idea, development, or invention and clarify whether and which industrial property rights can be claimed. You will also be shown how and where to research the state of the art, what costs are involved in applying for and maintaining a property right, and what services lawyers and other service providers can offer. In addition, ways will be demonstrated for quickly and effectively turning inventions into marketable products.

Inventors and innovative companies will also receive information about possible funding programs for securing intellectual property rights, prototype construction, or feasibility studies.
