Hooray, a problem!
"Hooray, a problem!" (Thomas A. Edision) - The art of making money with problems.
With over 2,000 inventions and 1,000 patents, Thomas Alva Edision is still the greatest inventor of all time. His secret: Find good problems. Check their relevance. And only then develop a solution. For Edison it was clear: if you have found a good problem, then that is 50 percent of a successful business idea.
In our session, we start with a humorous and entertaining reflection on - let's say - extraordinary ideas. Using current examples, we will experience together how founders changed their ideas in time when they realized that they had come across a "problem treasure". And take a look at popular methods for the systematic development of ideas, such as design thinking.
Afterwards, all participants go into a "Deep Dive Session" and become deep-sea divers when it comes to problems. What types of problems are there? How can you categorize problems in a matrix? How do I recognize relevant problems and how can I use them profitably? What role does the human factor play? And what does all this have to do with the buzzword "agility"?
