Description

Growth does not happen by chance – scaling must be shaped intentionally.

Many startups eventually reach the point where the idea works, the first customers have been acquired, and the product has reached the market. But this is exactly where the real challenge begins: How does a good startup become a scalable company?

In this two-hour interactive learning and discussion format, we will explore what startups and scale-ups really need in order to avoid leaving growth to chance. Together with an expert, participants will look at the key levers for scalable growth: a clear business model, a repeatable sales approach, the right organizational setup, reliable metrics, and leadership that keeps pace with growth.

The format is aimed at founders, startup teams, and young companies that have moved beyond the initial idea or MVP and are preparing for their next stage of growth. It is also designed for scale-ups that see growth potential but realize their internal structures are not yet stable enough to support it.

Value for Participants

  • Participants will benefit from a practical exchange format featuring concrete impulses, discussion, and reflection. The focus will be on typical bottlenecks in scaling and how they can be identified and addressed early on.
  • The goal is to provide clear orientation: Where does my company stand today? What is preventing us from scaling? Which levers will have the greatest impact? And which steps make sense over the next 90 days?
