Are you an aspiring female founder with an exciting business idea in mind, but feeling disoriented by the "what, who, how, and where to start"? Or would you simply like to meet like-minded female entrepreneurs?

The Founder Café is an accessible initiative by Entrepreneurship@THWS at the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt in cooperation with 360° BASE. Today's innovative impulse about the person and founding story will be given by: Jasmin Pfrenzinger "When I was 16, I wanted to become an automotive mechatronics technician. People talked me out of it—too insecure, too tough, not a job for a girl. So I studied, earned good money in tourism, in mobility, business development, as a country manager. Everything safe. Everything comfort zone. Now I'm out of that. And I am currently building something up to encourage other women to do the same—only with a power drill in hand instead of a notice of termination." Jasmin Pfrenzinger founded Jeannie and the Goliath in 2026—handicraft workshops for women in Würzburg. In small groups, she teaches them practical skills such as drilling, dowelling, and plastering.
