Goal of the network

• Sharing experiences: Whether emotional stumbling blocks, legal frameworks, or strategic decisions – in the ChangeMakers network we speak openly about the challenges of succession.
• Developing support: We pool knowledge, provide tools, and create practical offers – for both transferors and successors.
• Creating momentum: Together, we formulate impulses for the advocacy work of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) – so that business succession can also succeed structurally.
