The goal of the network

• Sharing experiences: Whether emotional challenges, legal frameworks, or strategic decisions — in the ChangeMakers network, we openly discuss the challenges of succession.
• Developing support: We pool knowledge, provide tools, and create practical offerings — for both business owners handing over their company and their successors.
• Providing impulses: Together, we formulate impulses for the IHK’s advocacy work — helping to ensure that business succession can succeed structurally as well.
