In this workshop led by Karina Koberstein, you’ll get to know the Business Model Canvas and its individual building blocks. Using examples and your own idea, you’ll take your first steps in structured business model development.

The 90-minute session offers an easy-to-understand introduction and shows how ideas can be clearly visualised and further refined.

This workshop is held in cooperation with the “gründen@thws” lecture as part of the Bridge Programme. Participants will also meet students and aspiring founders from the university and have the opportunity to connect and exchange ideas.
