 tation on corporate law for start-ups.\n\nSpecialist lawyer Nina Ettl (kanz
 leit-ettl.de) has been advising start-ups and SMEs in the fields of corpora
 te law, business formation, choice of legal form, managing director duties/
 liability, etc. for 20 years and can provide many tips on how to avoid typi
 cal initial mistakes. Consultation topics include, for example, the appropr
 iate legal form, company bylaws, shareholder agreements, managing director 
 contracts, employee participation ESOP/VSOP, or investor participation. Ind
 ividual appointments (45 minutes each) can be scheduled between 9:00 AM and
  11:15 AM. The consultation will preferably take place at ZDI Mainfranken, 
 but can also be conducted online by arrangement.
