The start-up centers IGZ, TGZ & ZDI offer a free initial consultation on corporate law for start-ups.

Specialist lawyer Nina Ettl (kanzleit-ettl.de) has been advising start-ups and SMEs in the fields of corporate law, business formation, choice of legal form, managing director duties/liability, etc. for 20 years and can provide many tips on how to avoid typical initial mistakes. Consultation topics include, for example, the appropriate legal form, company bylaws, shareholder agreements, managing director contracts, employee participation ESOP/VSOP, or investor participation. Individual appointments (45 minutes each) can be scheduled between 9:00 AM and 11:15 AM. The consultation will preferably take place at ZDI Mainfranken, but can also be conducted online by arrangement.
